Following the initial consultation and after the recommendations have been completed, the staging process is continued through showcasing your home's features room by room. We coordinate with your existing furniture, artwork and accessories to highlight each room's original function, focal point features and proper traffic flow for optimal presentation to potential buyers.

When a property is vacant it becomes difficult for potential buyers to associate with the space and visualize it as their future home. Vacant homes sell faster and for more money when showcased properly, establishing that lived-in atmosphere.
